Our webpages and other information related to the Program may use cookies to personalize content, measure traffic patterns, personalize content, control security and provide interest-based messages and advertising. You have a variety of tools to control the use of cookies, web beacons and similar technologies, including browser controls to block and delete cookies. You may choose to disable or block these technologies, but that may prevent or limit the functionality of the webpages accessible to you.

Such information may include, but not be limited to, IP addresses, browsers, date and time of pages visited, and time spent on a particular site. While these analytical services collect and report information on an anonymous basis, the companies providing such services may use cookies and collect IP addresses to gather information about consumer preferences, web trends, and for other business purposes. Orbis may use such information for system administration, to identify problems and to improve service. At this time, due to the lack of a standard governing do-not-track tools, webpages do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

You also may have specific rights under FERPA related to accessing and/or updating your personal information. Certain information may be excluded from education records made available for inspection as provided by applicable law or pursuant to our confidentiality undertakings with third parties. You may also request amendment of education records that you believe are inaccurate, misleading or in violation of your rights. If you would like to inspect and review your education records pursuant to FERPA, you may submit a request to Roseman University’s FERPA office.
